Wujiaochang Economy Zone is located in the northeast corner of Shanghai as a business sub-center, with Huangpu River to the east and facing Pudong New Area across the River, with the city center to the south and quite near the Bund, with Quyang Living Area to the west and forming a new business area blending with Dabaishu Business Area, and with New Jiangwan City and Zhongyuan Living Area to be developed to its north. Its potential for further exploration and development has no limit.
   
  Wujiaochang Street, relying on the advantaged regional characteristics of Wujiaochang, has built an investment-attracting pattern of “One Zone Three Parks”. The One Zone is “Wujiaochang Economy Zone”, which is located on No.91 Guohe Road in Wujiaochang Circle, having Investment Department, Certification Department, Enterprise Management Department, Financial Department, Security Supervision Department, etc., which will provide all-round service for enterprises settling here.   The Business Park is composed of five buildings around the circle, namely, Hudong Finance Mansion, Pingsheng Mansion, Jindao Mansion, Xianghai Mansion and Xinhai Mansion, forming an advantage of good timing, location and and favorable conditions to provide a huge market for the comprehensive development of business, finance, culture and real estate.   The Science Park takes No.1945 Siping Road as the center, composed of Guotai Building and Siping Office Building on the eastern and western sides.   The Industry Park was established in the vacant factory buildings of the state-owned enterprises around Wujiaochang, mainly based on No.165 Xiangyin Road and No.10 Handan Road. It has convenient traffic, quietness in noisy surroundings and no sources of air pollution. The Park in Xiangyin Road occupies an area of 8,500 m2, with the architectural area of 9,800 m2, equipped with standard factories, scientific research buildings and living buildings. The green coverage ratio reaches 60%, making it a garden industry park. In the Park, there is convenient water service, electricity, parking, accommodations and catering with a complete set of logistic management. The Park provides preferential policies and information platform needed for development for all kinds of enterprises, and tries its best to create a first-class, matching, whole-way creative service system.
