Siping Industry Zone is located on No.2086 Yangshupu Road (in the original Shanghai No.9 Cotton Spinning Mill), abutting Huangpu River. The Zone occupies an area of over 40,000m2, with a rentable building area of over 30,000m2, 90% of which are mono-floor ground factories with hackle-shaped surfaces, good lighting and 4-4.5m interior height suitable for manufacturing entity enterprises to settle down.
