Shanghai Indoor Textile Industrial Economy Zone is located on No. 1398 Pingliang Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai, with Yangpu Bridge to its south linking Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Jinqiao Industry Park and Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone, with some famous universities such as Fudan University, Tongji University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics to its north, and with the exit of the building Yangpu Metro Station (Line 8) near at hand. The Zone occupies an area of 29mu with intelligent office buildings and high-quality workshops. The total area of the office buildings is 20,000m2, which can be used for attracting “mind” headquarters of enterprises, R&D design, market trade, product display, etc. The architectural area of the factories is near 20,000m2, fully equipped with water, electricity, gas and so on, which is suitable for the processing and manufacturing of household textile enterprises. Approved by the government, the Zone has entered the second phase of project construction. It will expand to the east, south and north with the current position as the axes to build standardized factories and intelligent office buildings with an occupying area of 130mu and the total architectural area of 300,000m2.
