Shanghai Withub Hi-tech Business Incubator is a non-profitable service organization jointly founded by Science & Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, Xuhui District Government and Shanghai Jiao Tong University in May 1999. The incubator’s functions are S&T innovation and transferring and cultivation of Hi-tech enterprises as well as entrepreneurs.

  Shanghai Withub Hi-tech Incubation bases are S&T bases which are fully invested by Shanghai Jiao Tong University Science Park Co., Ltd and directly administrated by Shanghai Withub Hi-tech Business Incubator. It is an incubator in Shanghai Jiaotong University Science Park.

  Withub Incubator is located in the S&T intensive downtown area of Xujiahui district and is surrounded by 18 universities such as prestigious Shanghai Jiao Tong University and 113 research institutes such as China Academy of Science Shanghai Branch and Shanghai Academy of Science. Here will be found all the advantages of talented people, S&T support and information resources.

  At present, Withub Incubator has 2 bases with total area of 32000m2 including 70% of which are IT company. Withub bases were approved as “Shanghai Green City Industrial Park” in 2001 and it was approved as “Shanghai Municipality-level Software Industrial Park” and “National Hi-tech Innovation Service Center” in 2002. In May 2003, Withub became “Shanghai International Enterprise Incubator base”. Withub has become a golden brand in incubator industry and owns its outstanding characteristics.
