Shanghai Student Pioneer Park was established in 1993, located in Chedun Town, a popular investing place in southwest Shanghai.   Optimized service – (1) We will try our best to attract businesses for 30% and manage them for 70%, and to handle all the additional starting procedures like commissioning industry and commerce and tax-paying in order to perfect the investing environment; (2) We will set a general office in Room A and B on the 2nd floor of Hongqiao Shijia Garden, No.179 West Zhongshan Road to provide convenience for enterprises in other places, and will deal with the procedures of tax-declaration there on 28 and 29 every month.

  Favourable policies – (1) Value-added tax and sales tax will be collected according to the tax rate of applicable tax types; (2) Enterprise income tax and individual income tax will be collected in accordance with the sale, and then the Park will give 75% supporting capital to the trading enterprises and 100% to the industry enterprises; (3) The managing fee of the Park will be 2400-3600 for a whole year and will be payed invariably according to the combination of the registered capital and the turnover; (4) The import and export operating right can be applied for.

  Applying materials – (1) 2 to 50 investors; (2) The original Shanghai resident ID card or other cities resident ID card , and the copy of the residence certificate (18-24 year-old young men should offer the certificate of their military service condition; those under 30 should offer the copy of their junior high school diploma; women at child-bearing age should offer the family planning certificate.) ; (3) The original and the copy of registered permanent residence book; (4) The resume; (5) 5 one-inch photos without hat for the juridical person, and 2 for the shareholder; (6) The off-the-job certificate (unemployment certificate, retired certificate, etc); (7) The censoring letter of the person who is responsible in applying individual enterprises; (8) The copies of over 8 employees’ ID cards; (9) The leasing agreement of sub-branches and the copy of the property ownership certificate.
