Zhongfa City Industrial Business Park takes over the whole F19 Block of Taopu Industrial Zone, covering an area of 117 mu. It is built alongside the main road, Zhennan Road and is 50 meters away from the Qilianshan Road Station of the Line R3 Elevated Train under construction.

  The construction of the Park is to be launched in the near future. In its south will stand four 15-storey high-tech office buildings as the main converge area of Shanghai West District Hihg-Tech Innovation Center with 80,000 m2 building area to attract high-tech R&D enterprises such as electro-telecommunications and IT industries. In its north will be architectures of various styles for various functions such as production, exhibition and sales.

  The park shall take 150,000 m2 in all with 35% of forestation belt, featuring picturesque scenery, convenient transportation, complete facilities, and quality services to welcome high-tech enterprises.
