Xinyang lndustrial Park is an industrial zone approved by the People's Government of Putuo District Shanghai.  It belongs to one of the major developing regions in Shanghai's general plan. The lndustrial Park covers an area of 187.57 hectares, a new economic zone possessing a multifunction of industry, commerce and trade,  finance,  scientific research,  recation and storage, etc.  Furthermore, it has overall facilities of road, rain and waste water drainage, power, running water, communications and gas.

    As an extension of Pudong, the most important new developing industrial Zone in Shanghai Xinyang lndustrial Park enjoys equally the same favorable policies as Pudong and prefernatial treatments in all aspects within the lndustrial Park.
