Located at South Huangpi Road, which is in the central area of Luwan District, Shanghai Wuxin Property Management Co., Ltd. Covers a span of some 6,500 square meters. The company site was originally occupied by a textile machinery hardware accessories factory, which was moved out of the urban center for a new plant in the suburb in 1996 due to noise reasons. In the meantime, the factory was renovated into Shanghai Urban Industrial Park.

  Over the last several years, the industries have undergone many times of structural adjustment, through which those not suitable to develop in the urban center, including the manufacturing industry, have been vacated out of the building premises; and a new batch of intelligence and innovation enterprises have been brought in, which have improved the grade of the buildings.
