“Space 188” Innovative Industries Cluster Zone is a park for innovative industries approved by Shanghai Municipal Economic Commission. With buildings combining the unique architectural features of office buildings and western-style houses---the grandness of the former and the elegance and exquisiteness of the latter---the Innovative Industries Zone located in Hongkou District is one that features R&D and design innovation, and culture media innovation.
