Shanghai Hi-tech Achievements Commercialization Service Center (Commercialization Service Center for short) is a policy service body that facilitates the commercialization and industrial application of hi-tech achievements. The Center largely renders services by reinforcing the promotion of the supporting policy for the outline for medium- and long-term development of science and technology and the detailed rules for implementation; optimizing the procedures for implementing policies and the effectiveness of implementation; and arranging evaluation to science and technology projects for Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality.
