The Investment Management Service Center of Fengxian District is a detached institution of the District government, and a functional department that provides investment projects with “one-stop” services, including examination and approval, management, and coordination, on behalf of the District government:

1. Implement the plans of soliciting business, coordinating projects, and developing the economy, formulated by the District government;
2. Collectively handle the application documents by businesses that intend to invest in Fengxian, and identify the organizing departments;
3. Call up relevant functional bodies to make preliminary or joint examination to projects, and to give examination opinions;
4. Be responsible for the management and check-up of dispatched personnel that provide one-stop services, and give feedback to the dispatching bodies;
5. Settle problems and disputes arising from the project examination and approval process;
6. Improve business soliciting services, and give introduction of the investment environment; introduce investment partners and materialize investment projects;
7. Handle other matters assigned by the District government.
