The both sides briefed on the development situation of SMEs of the two countries

On July 11, 2008, Mr. Kang Si Woo, Director General of China Attache of Korean Small and Medium Business Administration (SMBA), accompanied by Mr. Wang Jianxiang, Director of Division of Small and Medium Enterprise Department of China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, visited China SME Online, and carried out exchanges and explored on how to cooperate in the future. 

The both sides briefed respectively on the development situation of small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and informed the organizational setup and main functions of governmental management department, along with the policies and measures of promoting SMEs development. In addition to, they paid more attention to communicate the propaganda, preparation and organizational work on 5th Chinese International Small and Medium Enterprise Fair (CISMEF) and the concurrent China-Korea Small and Medium Enterprise Fair. Korean guests were very interested in China SME Online, and asked in detail about the features, service contents, and viewed situation of China SMEs Online. They hoped that further efforts will be made to strengthen the communication and cooperation of the two countries' small and medium enterprises web sites. They wanted to realize the bilateral links of two web sites as soon as possible, increase policy exchanges, and provide a display and trading platform for the SMEs' products, technology, and service of the two countries, and actively promote SMEs' cooperation and mutual benefit of two countries.

Wang Zheng, Deputy General Manager of China SME Online, and Zhang Rui, Assistant General Manager, attended the meeting. After the meeting, Mr. Kang Si Woo and his group visited every department of China SME Online with interest.
